I’ve been thoroughly impressed with my Wyze outdoor camera and the Wyze Sense bundle. The camera provides excellent video quality, and the motion detection is spot on. However, I’ve encountered a minor issue with the Alexa integration. When I try to view the live feed through Alexa, it doesn’t work, even though the camera is detected. I’m curious if others have faced the same problem or found a workaround.
Another thing I’ve noticed is the Sense bundle’s keypad. While it’s functional, I wish it were optional for those not using monitoring features. It would be great if Wyze offered the bundle without the keypad, allowing users to add it later if needed.
On a positive note, the Sense bundle has significantly improved my home security. The sensors are reliable, and the app provides a clear overview of everything. I’ve also found that using the camera’s motion-activated notifications has deterred potential intruders.
I’m grateful for Wyze’s affordable and effective products. I’m looking forward to seeing future updates that address these minor issues and enhance the integration with other smart home platforms.
