I recently updated my Wyze cameras to the latest firmware, and I must say, the improvements are quite noticeable! The video quality has significantly improved, and the night vision is now much clearer. I was particularly impressed with the new motion detection features, which have reduced false alarms considerably.
One thing I found particularly helpful was the updated mobile app interface. It’s now much more user-friendly, and I can easily customize settings without getting lost in menus. I also appreciate the addition of customizable alerts for different types of motion detected.
However, I did encounter a minor issue during the update process. The camera froze for about 10 minutes while installing the new firmware, but it resolved on its own without any further intervention.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with this update. It’s great to see Wyze continuously improving their products. If you haven’t updated your cameras yet, I highly recommend giving it a try!
