Wyze Camera Reconnection Issues After WiFi Outage

Hello everyone, I hope you’re all doing well! I wanted to share my experience with the Wyze camera and seek some advice. Recently, I noticed that my Wyze camera was having trouble reconnecting to the WiFi after a brief outage at my vacation home. While the WiFi signal is stable now, the camera doesn’t seem to reconnect automatically. I know the WiFi is working because our Nest devices are functioning fine.

I tried rebooting the camera manually, but it didn’t help. I’m wondering if there’s a way to remotely reboot the Wyze camera or if there are any settings I can adjust to ensure it reconnects automatically after an outage. I’ve heard that sometimes resetting the camera to factory settings can help, but I’m hesitant to lose any custom configurations I’ve set up.
