I’ve been a big fan of Wyze products for their affordability and quality, so I was really excited to add a Wyze doorbell to my setup. Unfortunately, I’ve hit a bit of a snag.
I recently purchased the Wyze doorbell and installed it, but I’m having trouble getting it to connect to the chime. I’ve tried everything from resetting both devices, checking the Wi-Fi signal, and even testing it in different locations. Despite all these attempts, the connection issue persists. I’m really hoping to resolve this without having to return the product, as it would be a shame to give up on such a promising device.

Some mentioned that the problem might be related to the chime’s firmware or perhaps a compatibility issue with certain Wi-Fi routers. I’ve ensured that both the doorbell and chime are on the latest firmware, but that hasn’t made a difference.
