I recently installed the WYZE lock and must say, the initial setup was incredibly smooth. However, I’ve encountered an issue that’s been quite frustrating. The lock seems to randomly auto-unlock after a few minutes, even when no one is near it. This has happened multiple times and feels extremely unsafe, especially when we’re away from home. I’ve tried recalibrating the door and ensuring all geo-fencing settings are correct, but the problem persists. I’ve reached out to WYZE support, but I’m hoping the community might have some insights or solutions. Has anyone else experienced this? How did you resolve it?
