Wyze Lock Gateway Online but Lock Not Remotely Accessible – Any Solutions?

Hey everyone, I’m facing an issue with my Wyze Lock setup and I’m hoping someone here can help me figure it out. I recently noticed that my Wyze Lock Gateway went offline, so I had to reset its Wi-Fi connection. Now, the gateway is back online, but my actual lock isn’t responding remotely. The crossed-out cloud icon keeps showing up in the Wyze app, and I can only control the lock when I’m close by using Bluetooth.

I’ve checked the batteries—they’re fresh—and the gateway is just 6 feet away with clear line of sight, so that shouldn’t be the problem. The lock used to work perfectly before, but now it’s acting up. I’ve tried recalibrating the lock while connected via Bluetooth, but that didn’t help either. The gateway shows that the lock is connected, but when I try to access it remotely, nothing happens.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? I’m planning to reach out to Wyze support, but I’ve heard their response times can be slow. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated! I’m really hoping to get this sorted out without having to replace the entire setup.
