Wyze Robot Vacuum Experience and Tips

I’ve been using the Wyze Robot Vacuum for about a year now, and it’s been a fantastic addition to my smart home setup. The convenience of scheduling cleanings and controlling it through the app has been a game-changer for me. However, I did run into a minor issue recently that I thought I’d share in case others are experiencing the same thing.

The vacuum stopped cleaning after an error message about obstacles blocking its path. Even after a full charge, it wouldn’t move properly. I reached out to Wyze support with the log ID provided, and while I haven’t heard back yet, I managed to resolve the issue by manually resetting the vacuum and ensuring there were no actual obstructions. It’s been working perfectly since then!

  • Ensure the charging base is clean and free of obstructions.
  • If the vacuum stops responding, try resetting it by holding down the power button for 10 seconds.
