Hey there, I’ve been having some trouble with my Wyze Sense Keypad lately. It just stopped responding a few months ago, and I can’t figure out why. Even the arming modes aren’t working, and entering the PIN does nothing. I noticed that the firmware version on my keypad is 0.0.0.71, which seems odd because the latest firmware available on the Wyze website is 0.0.0.63 from 2021. I’m wondering if this older firmware is causing the issue. Has anyone else experienced this? I’m considering reaching out to Wyze support, but I thought I’d check here first to see if anyone has a workaround or solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
