Wyze Thermostat for Split AC System Inquiry

Hi everyone, I’m excited to explore the possibility of using Wyze thermostats in my home’s split AC system. I have four Fujitsu units installed throughout my house, and I’m looking to control each one independently. This would allow me to set different temperatures in the master bedroom, living room, and guest rooms, for example.

I’m curious to know if the Wyze thermostat is compatible with this setup. I’ve heard great things about Wyze products for their affordability and functionality, but I want to make sure they can handle the specifics of a split system.

Would it be possible to install these thermostats in the desired locations and control each AC unit separately? I’m especially interested in how the thermostats would integrate with the existing wiring and whether there are any specific configurations needed.

I’m also wondering about the installation process. Do I need any additional hardware or adapters to connect the Wyze thermostats to my Fujitsu units? And are there any potential issues I should be aware of before making the switch?

I can’t wait to hear your thoughts and experiences. Any advice or recommendations would be incredibly helpful as I plan this upgrade. Thanks in advance for your insights! Aloha, Makai Sport
