I recently installed a Wyze smart thermostat and have been enjoying its features, but I’ve encountered an odd issue that I’m hoping someone can help me with. The thermostat is set to hold at 73°F, but every night it seems to change the temperature to 63°F. This has caused my AC unit to freeze up a few times, which is definitely not ideal.
I’ve checked the settings multiple times and there are no rules or schedules set up that would cause this change. I’ve also tried resetting the thermostat to its factory settings, but the problem persists. I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar or if there might be a setting I’m missing.
Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! It would be great to get this resolved before the summer gets too hot.
