Another thing I noticed is that the new vacuum doesn’t come with a wall mounting adapter, which my old one had. This means I have to be extra careful to keep it upright, as it tends to fall over. Also, the batteries aren’t compatible with the old one, so I can’t use the new power adapter on my old vacuum. That’s a bit inconvenient.
I also found out that Wyze doesn’t sell HEPA filters anymore, which I rely on for better air quality. I ended up buying them from a third-party seller on Amazon. It’s a hassle, but it works.
Despite these issues, I still appreciate the vacuum’s design and performance. It’s lightweight and does a good job cleaning. I just wish Wyze would address these compatibility and accessory issues in future models.
