However, I’ve encountered a frustrating issue where the doorbell has been offline for nearly two weeks. The live feed doesn’t load, and I’m consistently met with the error code IV22-20004. This has been quite the inconvenience, especially with an upcoming trip out of state. I’ve relied on Wyze cameras for years without any issues, so this unexpected downtime is quite disheartening.
I’ve tried the usual troubleshooting steps—rebooting the device, checking the Wi-Fi connection, and even resetting it to factory settings. Nothing seems to resolve the problem. I’ve also reached out to Wyze support, but the lack of a clear timeframe for a resolution is concerning. I’m now considering switching to Ring, as their reliability has been more consistent for me in the past.
