Yale KeyFree Connected Smart Lock Pairing Issue

Hi everyone, I’m reaching out for some help with my Yale KeyFree Connected Smart Lock. After resetting my SmartThings account, which unfortunately wiped all my connected devices, I’m having trouble reconnecting my lock. I’ve followed all the troubleshooting steps: factory resetting the unit, removing and reinserting the Z-Wave module, and even rebooting the hub. Everything seems to start correctly—I hear the welcome message when I insert the module—but when I try to enter the master code and press the 1 button, it plays an error sound. The error occurs before I press the hash key, and the door is only a few feet away from the hub with a clear line of sight. I’ve also tried excluding the lock from the hub, but that didn’t help either. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help.
