Hey everyone, I wanted to share my recent experience with YoLink contact sensors. After upgrading my Home Assistant instance, I noticed that all my YoLink sensor entities were showing as ‘Unavailable,’ which was quite frustrating. I reached out to the community and found that others had encountered similar issues. Turns out, it was a compatibility problem with the latest HA update. After some research, I managed to fix it by adjusting the integration settings and ensuring the firmware was up to date. 
Now, moving on to something I’ve been experimenting with—automating my home’s lighting and security systems. I’ve set up a system where motion sensors trigger not just lights but also adjust the thermostat and lock the doors if it’s nighttime. It’s been a game-changer for energy efficiency and security!
