Hey everyone, I wanted to share my experience with the Yoolax motorized ZigBee window shades. I recently purchased three of these shades and paired them with my Hubitat C8 Pro. Pairing went smoothly, and I was able to use the generic ZigBee shade driver and a custom Yoolax driver. However, I noticed some issues with battery level reporting and incorrect position and level data. The shades always report a battery level of 0, which is concerning since they’re installed 16 feet high. I tried modifying the device fingerprint in the custom driver, but that didn’t resolve the issue. I also explored using RM and virtual switches to control the shades through my voice assistant, which works well, but I’m still hoping to find a solution for accurate battery and position data. If anyone has any suggestions or experiences to share, I’d greatly appreciate it!
