Hello everyone, I’m reaching out to seek some advice regarding my recent experience with Z-Wave devices. I’ve been using Z-Wave for a while now, but I’ve encountered some frustrating issues that I hope you can help me with.
I recently upgraded my system to the latest Z-Wave controller, but I’m noticing significant connectivity problems compared to my previous setup. Devices that used to pair seamlessly are now taking an unusually long time to connect, and some devices aren’t pairing at all. This is particularly problematic with my Qubino flush switch, which I’ve placed in a challenging location.
I’ve tried troubleshooting by resetting the controller, ensuring a clear line of sight, and even moving the switch closer to the controller, but the issue persists. The error messages I’m receiving are not very helpful, and I’m struggling to find a solution.
Has anyone else experienced similar issues with Z-Wave devices? Are there any advanced troubleshooting steps or configurations that I might have missed? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
