Hey everyone, I’m trying to figure out why one of my Z-Wave roller shutter push-buttons isn’t working while the other one is. Both devices have the same IDs, but one is running Z-Wave version 2.3 and the other 1.5. The working one is classified as ‘SPECIFIC_TYPE_NOT_USED’, while the non-working one is ‘SPECIFIC_TYPE_SIMPLE_WINDOW_COVERING’. I’ve checked the logs, and it seems the non-working device isn’t responding to commands like UP, DOWN, or STOP. I’m wondering if there’s a way to update the firmware or adjust the settings to get the older device working again. If anyone has experienced something similar or knows a workaround, I’d really appreciate the help!
