Z-Wave Garage Door Control Issues

Hello everyone, I’m currently facing some challenges with my Z-Wave setup, specifically with controlling my garage door. I recently purchased an Aeotec Z-Stick Gen5 and have successfully integrated it into my Home Assistant installation. I’ve managed to add a few Z-Wave devices without any issues, such as a Qubino ZMNHJD1 relay for controlling a radiator. However, I’m running into problems with my garage door setup using a Qubino ZMNHND1 ‘dry contact’ relay.

Initially, everything seemed to work smoothly. I added the relay as a secured node, and it functioned correctly. However, after a short period, the node went ‘dead,’ and I haven’t been able to restore it. I’ve tried rebooting the Z-Wave network and resetting the node, but nothing seems to work. I suspect that I might have missed a crucial step during the setup, such as defining a secure network key. I attempted to generate a key and add it to my configuration file, but this only worsened the issue, causing my previously working relay to stop functioning as well.

I’ve included some screenshots of my Z-Wave configuration, entities, and logs for reference. From what I can see, the node in question has been ‘split’ into two parts, which is quite confusing. I’m completely lost and would greatly appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how to resolve this issue. If anyone has encountered a similar problem or has expertise in Z-Wave configurations, your help would be invaluable.

Thank you in advance for your time and assistance!
