Zigbee Devices Going Offline - Seeking Solutions

Hey everyone, I’ve been having an issue with two of my Zigbee devices going offline after about three hours of working perfectly. They’re both Osram devices but different models. I’ve tried restarting the Osram app, but that didn’t help. The devices show as offline in the developer tools, and the interview process fails. I’m wondering if there’s a way to troubleshoot this further or if others have experienced similar issues and found a fix. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help.
