Zigbee Devices Not Working After Update

Hello everyone, I hope you’re all doing well! I wanted to reach out regarding an issue I’ve been having with my Zigbee devices after updating my system. I recently updated my Home Assistant to the latest version, and since then, I’ve noticed that some of my Zigbee devices aren’t working as they should. This is a bit concerning because these devices are integral to my smart home setup.

I have a variety of Zigbee devices, including lights, sensors, and switches, all connected through my Zigbee hub. Before the update, everything was running smoothly, and I didn’t encounter any issues. However, after the update, some devices are either not responding or are showing as offline in the system. This has made it difficult to manage my home automation effectively.

I’ve tried a few troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue. First, I checked the logs to see if there were any error messages that could provide more insight. Unfortunately, the logs didn’t reveal much, which has made it challenging to pinpoint the exact cause of the problem. I also attempted to reset the devices and re-pair them with the hub, but this didn’t seem to make a difference.

Another thing I noticed is that not all Zigbee devices are affected. Some are still working perfectly, while others are experiencing issues. This inconsistency is a bit perplexing and has made it harder to diagnose the problem. I’m wondering if this could be related to a specific firmware version or a compatibility issue with the updated software.

I’ve also reached out to the community to see if anyone else is experiencing similar issues. It would be incredibly helpful to hear from others who might have encountered this problem and how they resolved it. Whether it’s a simple configuration change or a more involved troubleshooting step, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

In the meantime, I’m continuing to research potential solutions and will keep experimenting with different settings and configurations. I’m hopeful that with some persistence and the support of the community, I’ll be able to get all my Zigbee devices back up and running smoothly.

Thank you all in advance for your help and suggestions. I truly appreciate the support and expertise that this community provides. Let me know if anyone has encountered something similar or has any tips to share!
