Zigbee Devices Suddenly Offline - Seeking Assistance

Hi everyone, I’m reaching out for some help with a puzzling issue I’m experiencing with my Zigbee devices. After about four months of smooth operation, all my Zigbee devices have suddenly gone offline, while my Z-Wave devices are still working perfectly. This unexpected problem has left me a bit stuck, and I’m hoping the community can offer some insights or solutions.

I’m using a Hubitat hub (v3) connected to the internet via WiFi. I’ve taken care to position the hub away from the WiFi router to minimize signal interference, and the WiFi signal strength is strong. The affected devices include Aqara FP11 presence sensors, Aqara D1 smart switches, and contact sensors. All of these devices are now either offline or responding very slowly, taking over 30 seconds to register any changes.

I’ve tried troubleshooting by resetting the hub and checking the firmware, but the issue persists. I’m wondering if there could be a firmware update or a configuration setting I’m missing that might resolve this. Has anyone else encountered similar issues with Zigbee devices on a Hubitat setup? Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
