Hello everyone, I’ve been experiencing an issue with my Zigbee lights randomly turning on throughout the day and night. It’s quite puzzling as there’s no discernible pattern—last night it was the bedroom light, and earlier it was the hallway and kitchen lights. This has been happening since I set up the system about four months ago, but it’s become more frequent lately, prompting me to seek a solution.
My setup includes a Raspberry Pi 3B+ with Raspbee original, running the latest firmware and Deconz on Raspberry Pi OS. The affected lights are 3A/Nue Zigbee downlights. I’ve checked HomeAssistant logs on my NAS, but there’s nothing unusual there. It seems the issue might be originating from Deconz, but I’m not entirely sure.
I’ve tried following some troubleshooting steps from a previous thread, which suggested collecting specific logs for debugging. I’m planning to log directly to an external hard drive to avoid storage issues. However, I’m unsure if I’m capturing the right logs. Could someone guide me on what logs to focus on?
Additionally, I’ve noticed that resetting the lights doesn’t resolve the issue permanently. I’m curious if others have encountered similar problems and how they’ve addressed them. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help.
