I recently encountered an issue where my Zigbee radio went offline, but fortunately, I managed to resolve it without any major hassle. At around 11:27 AM, I received an alert indicating that the Zigbee radio was offline. Upon checking the hub, it was indeed offline, but there were no CPU load warnings, which was unusual since most Zigbee issues I’ve heard about are related to high hub CPU usage.I decided to try a simple troubleshooting step: I disabled the Zigbee radio through the UI, waited a couple of seconds, and then re-enabled it. To my relief, the radio came back online and has been functioning fine ever since. I didn’t even need to shut down the hub or perform a hard reset, which was a pleasant surprise.I checked the CPU load and temperature charts, and there were no spikes around the time of the issue. The only non-HE drivers I was using were for three Sonoff sensors, but I switched to the included drivers as a precaution. My device stats also showed that Zigbee devices weren’t among the most active, which made the issue even more puzzling. After reaching out to support, I received a helpful response from @bobbyd, who mentioned that they didn’t see anything unusual in the engineering logs. It seems like it might have been a one-off issue, but I’m happy to share my experience in case it helps others facing similar problems. If anyone has additional insights or solutions, I’d love to hear them! It’s always reassuring to know that the community is supportive and willing to share knowledge. ![]()
