Hello everyone! I’m thrilled to share my recent experience setting up Zigbee devices with Home Assistant. It’s been a breeze, and I’m amazed at how seamlessly everything integrates, especially using ConBee and deConz. The ability to combine Philips and Xiaomi sensors under one hub is truly wonderful!
However, I’m now curious about ensuring my devices don’t send data back to manufacturers. I’ve heard about the importance of privacy, so I’d love to know if there are specific settings or configurations I should be aware of to keep my setup secure and private.
Another tip I came across is using a mesh network for better reliability, especially in larger spaces. I’d love to hear if others have tried this and how it worked for them.
