I recently purchased the Zipato Bulb2 RGBW and decided to integrate it into my Homey Pro setup. At first, I encountered some challenges with the bulb not being detected by the Homey zwave interface. The bulb was visible during the initial detection phase but didn’t show up after installation. I tried adding it again, but it just gave me the ‘already installed’ message. This was a bit frustrating, but I didn’t give up!
After some research, I found a helpful solution in the community. Apparently, the bulb can be added manually through the Homey app by searching for devices in the zwave network. I followed the steps, and voilà! The bulb appeared in my device list. It was a great feeling to finally get it working.
For anyone else struggling with similar issues, I recommend checking the community forums for solutions. Sometimes, a fresh perspective or a tried-and-true method can make all the difference. I’m now enjoying the vibrant colors and smooth dimming of my Zipato Bulb2 RGBW, and it’s a fantastic addition to my smart home setup.
