I recently upgraded my smart home setup by switching from a C4 hub to a C7 hub, and I’ve noticed a significant drop in performance with my Zooz 4-in-1 sensors. Previously, these sensors provided quick and reliable responses, but now they take over a second to respond. This delay is quite noticeable and affects the overall user experience.
I reached out to Zooz support, and they mentioned that the S0 pairing mode might be the culprit. However, I’m unable to find any documentation or support articles that explain how to pair these sensors in unsecured mode. This lack of information is quite frustrating, especially since the sensors were functioning perfectly on my C4 hub.
