It’s frustrating, but I’ve got to give Zooz credit for their customer service—they’ve been quick to send replacements whenever I’ve needed them.
I’ve now had to request a replacement five times, which is getting a bit old. It really feels like a design flaw that needs some attention. Maybe a bit more reinforcement or a different material could solve the issue. I’ve even considered trying to create a makeshift bracket myself using some metal, just to get these sensors up and running without the constant hassle.
