3rd Party Zigbee 3.0 Devices

Hi,
is there any way to connect 3rd party sensors like humidity/temperature to the G5Pro? I bought several sensors which work with Zigbee 3.0 but don’t use the Matter protocol but I can’t find them in the add devices list. Even though they send a signal.
Any ideas?
Thanks for your advice.

The only way is to have a bridge that will expose them as Matter devices.

The G5 Pro only supports third party Matter devices, so you have to find a way to “convert” them to Matter. For example, you may use your HomeAssistant server (if you have one) with a Zigbee dongle to connect those devices to HomeAssistant, and then integrate HA and Aqara.

Another, easier, option is to buy a third party Zigbee hub for those Zigbee sensors (that supports Google Home or Apple Home integration) and connect this hub to Google Home/Apple Home. And also connect the G5 to Google Home/Apple Home. This setup may be a bit limited (you won’t have Aqara Automations 2.0), but it’s easier to implement

Exactly what @cezary806 said. There’s no direct 3rd party zigbee compatability with Aqara Hubs as of now
