A safe cross-hub test before moving a sensor away from a camera hub

Moving a weak Zigbee sensor to a nearer Aqara hub may improve radio reliability, but it also changes the path that drives camera recording. Before re-pairing the real sensor, I would build a temporary automation with a spare sensor on the second hub and use it to trigger the same noncritical G410 recording action.

Record four things:

  1. whether the automation can select the G410 recording action across hubs;
  2. the time from sensor event to recording start;
  3. whether the clip appears with the correct timestamp;
  4. what happens after either hub is rebooted.

Only after that passes would I move the original sensor, and I would screenshot its existing automations first. This separates “the sensor stays online” from “the camera workflow still works,” which are two different success criteria.
