Add new matter option to disable color transition time effect in T2 Led Bulbs

Hi Everyone,

I understand that in zigbee mode for the T2 Led Bulbs it is possible to disable the color transition effect, but it seems to be not possible in matter mode.

Is there a special matter command I could use to achieve this or aqara would have to add it in a new firmware update?

My setup: Aqara M3 HUB and 20 Led T2 Bulbs

@felipevperez You seem to be experiencing an issue where the color transition effect cannot be disabled in Matter mode for the T2 LED Bulbs, even though it is possible in Zigbee mode. Based on the available information, there is no mention of a special Matter command to achieve this or plans for a firmware update to add this feature.

Hi @felipevperez - sorry I don’t know if that will come under Matter with a firmware upgrade-

But if you also have a M3 hub , why you don’t bind the T2 bulbs there over Zigbee and use it that way?
I also like the option to bind things by Matter - but I more prefer the opportunity to get more features over Zigbee
