If you use the Aqara Home integration with Alexa and the Aqara integration in SmartThings it causes a conflict in Alexa.
The Doorbell is not shown in Alexa devices and it shows as a motion sensor only.

I was able to reproduce the issue based on your video.
The cause of the problem is that both the Aqara skill and the SmartThings skill are linking the G4 to Alexa. Since the device identifier in Alexa is the same, Alexa deduplicates the entries and keeps the G4 from SmartThings (G4 is connected to Alexa from SmartThings as a sensor). As a result, the G4 is not displayed as a camera as expected.
Here are two possible solutions — you can choose either:
1.If you primarily use Alexa, unlink Aqara from SmartThings.
2.Unlink SmartThings from Alexa.
In short, avoid having the same device linked to Alexa through multiple skills.
