Alexa live view no longer available for doorbell g410

I have 3 G410 video doorbell hubs, all connected to Alexa via Aqara Home Skill. Motion and presses still come through to Alexa but live video is no longer available. This was working as of last week. I’ve gone through all the troubleshooting steps to no avail. Anyone else having this issue? I’m assuming at this point it is an Alexa regression issue with the Aqara skill.
