I’ve encountered an issue with Alexa no longer playing my child’s bedtime playlist from Amazon Music after setting up his voice ID. Previously, everything worked smoothly, but now Alexa attempts to play the playlist from iHeart Music Family instead of Amazon Music. Despite ensuring that my child’s profile is correctly linked to the Amazon Music Family account, the issue persists. I’ve verified that the playlist is still accessible on Amazon Music, and other music requests function as expected. It appears that the voice ID setup has inadvertently changed the default music service for playlist requests. I’m seeking guidance on how to restore the functionality so that Alexa plays the playlist from Amazon Music as intended. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
