It’s important to note that you need to select the “Russia” region in the Aqara Home app (Profile > Settings) and ensure your Aqara device is the version supported in Russia (not the CN version). The specific steps to link the account are: go to the Profile section in the Aqara Home app, select “Connecting to ecosystems”, choose “Yandex.Alice”, and click “Link”, then authorize the connection in the Yandex.Alice app. Have you tried these steps?
