I was in the process of changing out my locks when the Aqara U400 was released. I put everything on hold until I received a Aqara U400 Smart lock. I installed it on the front door to see how it worked. I was so impressed, not only by the performance of the new UWB unlocking method, but the stable connection as well so that later that day, I ordered a second one for the garage door to replace the new lock that I had just installed from another company. Their lock kept losing connection (and lacked the advanced features) but both Aqara U400 locks have not had any connection issues. Both locks have been flawless. I have been in shock with the auto lock (set to immediate). There isn’t enough time to grab the lock to lock it before it auto locks. Very impressive!
