Amazon Echo will not display G140 video. Error: Aqara took to long to respond

I cannot get my Amazon Echo to show the Aqara G140 Doorbell video. I ask Alexa to show me the doorbell camera, and the Echo screen briefly displays “Waiting for Aqara”, and quickly Echo responds: “I could not connect to the doorbell camera. It took too long to respond”. I have other cameras, Wyze and Ring and have no problem bringing up their video feed. My Echo’s will notify me when the G140’s doorbell button is pushed with no problem. I have also made sure I have the latest G140 doorbell firmware. I have also disabled the Amazon Alexa skill and re-enabled it, but still no luck.
