My mistake i broke antena conector on u400.
Where can i buy a new one? Please help me
Hi @enny_subotnjicki, I don’t have the u400 - but how you broke it? Is it inside the lock? I doubt that you get an replacement part for it
Same thing happened to me. I connected everything to setup prior to installing on door. When I was disconnecting the antenna cable the whole cable ripped. I contacted Aqara support and they ended up sending me a new lock.
