Currently, the Aqara Smart Door Lock U100 has an IP65 rating, which means the outer panel is protected against dust and low-pressure water jets, making it suitable for some outdoor conditions. However, it’s important to note that this rating applies only to the outer panel, and the lock is not entirely weatherproof for full outdoor exposure.
For a lock designed to be fully outdoor-rated, we might need to look beyond what is currently available in the Aqara lineup.
