@vickyli0721 It sounds like you’re having a bit of a tough time getting your Aqara M100 hub and U300 lock to show up online in Google Home, despite successfully setting them up in the Aqara Home app and Apple HomeKit. Based on what you’ve shared, it’s clear you’ve already tried some great troubleshooting steps, like ensuring your hub is connected to your home Wi-Fi and supports IPv6, as well as resetting the devices.
While the reference information I have doesn’t directly address Google Home connectivity issues, here are a few additional suggestions you might find helpful:
-
Check Google Home Compatibility: Ensure that both the M100 hub and U300 lock are compatible with Google Home, as not all Aqara devices may support direct integration.
-
Firmware Updates: Make sure your devices have the latest firmware updates. You can check and update these through the Aqara Home app.
-
Google Home App Check: Double-check settings in the Google Home app to ensure the devices are properly linked and recognized.
-
Network Settings: Sometimes, network settings like AP Isolation or specific router configurations can block device communication. Ensure these settings aren’t causing an issue.
-
Google Home Re-link: Try unlinking and then relinking your Aqara account in the Google Home app to refresh the connection.
If these steps don’t resolve the issue, it might be beneficial to reach out to Aqara’s Customer Service Team for more tailored assistance. You can do this via the Aqara Home App under Profile > Help & Feedback > Customer Service, or by scanning the following QR code for efficient support:
I hope this helps you get your devices back online! Feel free to share any further insights or updates.
@vickyli0721 I would like to confirm that you can scan the Matter QR code of M100 and U300 and then add them successfully? If you add them in Aqara Home or Apple Home via Matter firstly, you must add them in Google Home through Matter credential sharing, rather than scanning Matter QR code on product.
They both been add to Aqara app successfully and I use the matter sharing code from Aqara home app tp add them to google home. But they both show offline in google home. ( But I am pretty sure it show online in Aqara Home app)
Do I need to have google home hub device to use it? ( such as nest hub max, nest hub)
Yes you must have a Google Home Hub. You can see:
