Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue in Apple Home: both the relay and the digital switch show up in the overview. I don’t want every instance to be visible—just the main device.
Does anyone know how to hide the extras or configure this properly?

Tap on the device icon (open area) when it expands tap the cog wheel icon and toggle off the Home View or any other locations you don’t want to see it. Also scroll down towards the bottom of that window and tap Status and toggle off “include in Home Summaries”.

That doesn’t work. When I switch off “Show in Home Overview,” all switches disappear.
When I move the digital switch to another room, both the relay and the digital switch are moved to that room.
I don’t think it’s possible in any way.
Try grouping the two together and toggle off the one you don’t want to see leaving only the one device visible. Be sure they are both assigned to the same room.
