Is it possible that the Apple HomeKey feature from the Aqara Smart Lock U200 only unlocks the door, preventing it from locking when it’s unlocked?

If the lock is unlocked and you approach the door and open it with the key, it closes—am I understanding you correctly?
Homekey should only work for opening, not closing.

You unterstand it correctly That’s what I see on YouTube. So far I haven’t ordered my Aqara Smart Lock U200, but I still wanted to do it until the holidays.

Hello , If you enable the “Pull Spring” feature for the U200 lock in the Aqara app, Home Key will only be able to unlock the door (unlock + unlatch).
