Hello all, please let application / firmware of Aqar Hub to enable auto restart at specific time. Reason: when power-supply is cutted, then Aqar Hub is not able to reconnect to WiFi and I have to manually restart Hub by “turn off/on”.

Hello, most likely you have a problem with your WiFi router. The gateway automatically connects after power is applied to it. I have never had a problem with this.
My recommendations, for stable and reliable operation, I recommend that you power the gateway from a mini UPS (5,9,15 volts). This will ensure reliable operation of the smart home in the event of a power outage, the gateway monitors and analyzes the environment and will promptly restore the smart home when power is restored.
