The Smart door lock A100 suddenly deleted itself from hub. I tried to bind a few time and failed. I removed a100 from M200 hub and factory reset by pressing the button and verified the admin. I try to add the a100 to Aqara app but failed. A100 still remember my fingerprint and able add into homekit. I still cannot add into Aqara app.
