Aqara camera G100

Hello, I have a problem with the G100. It ran absolutely without any issues for about 5 days, but now it goes offline almost every day. The WiFi is okay, and the power source has been replaced. Is there any new firmware update coming?

My wifi have 2.4 only.
Power supply I changed.
I have 20 devices without problems.

Yes, we are investigating the issue and our preliminary judgment is that the camera’s load is too high, causing data overflow and causing the camera to go offline. Can you provide us with some screenshots of the camera’s app function activation? For example, are motion detection, human detection, RTSP, NAS, be enabled? and are other functions enabled when the camera starts to go offline from stable connection? We are optimizing the firmware code to achieve stable camera operation.

Yes, I have NAS enabled, movement. I disabled cloud storage. And now after the new fw 0010 it hasn’t disconnected for 5 days

Is it directly compatible with smartthings?

I added the G100 camera to the aqara app, but I don’t see it on smartthings, I also tried to delete and reassociate all the aqara hub (G3) on smartthings but no trace of the camera, and yet it says it’s compatible with smartthings.

If, on the other hand, I look for it directly on smartthings, without going through the aqara app, I see a message in which I am urged to update the smartthings application to add a product of this category, but in reality there is no update in the stores (android in this case).
Any explanation?

I’ve had terrible issues with the camera. Usually have no issues with other products, but this camera is not holding a signal. Having trouble syncing with HomeKit. I’ve sent it back. Very disappointed.
