Aqara Camera Hub G5 Pro does not save to DXP4800plus

My Aqara Camera Hub G5 Pro is supposed to store event-triggered videos on a ugreenNAS after recording them to the internal memory card. However, no videos are stored in “Memory Card Transfer” mode. The ugreen log contains the following entry every minute: Module: SMB Content: xxxxx//connect/ok/xxxxx.

In 24/7 mode, the videos are saved to the NAS every minute, but in memory card transfer mode, the videos are not copied to the NAS.

I previously had a Synology NAS. This worked without any problems there.

Does anyone have any tips on the correct settings?
