I have several Aqara cameras. In the Apple Home I can see the live feeds of the cameras. I also integrated the cameras in Google Home. But I always get the message camera not available. What is wrong?
In my case, the G4 Door Bell Cam is also facing similar issue. It is not showing live feed to Google Home and Nest Hub. I read that it should be able to send the live feed to Nest Hub if the door bell is activated.
Are all Aqara cameras experiencing connectivity issues with Google Home? Or is there a connection issue just with a certain device? Please provide the DID of the device for me, and I will arrange for colleagues to confirm the cause of the problem.
It happens with all my Aqara cameras . I have two G5-camera’s, an E1-camera, a G100-camera, the Camera Hub G3 and the G4 doorbell.

Hello, I’m donie’s colleague and I’m in charge of tracking this issue.
Are you using the IOS version of the GoogleHomeAPP?
Hello,
I’m using the Google Home app on my iPhone 15 Pro Max.
Sincerely,
Maurice Hollink
Our cameras currently only support the Webrtc protocol. Unfortunately, the GoogleHomeAPP(for IOS and Android) currently does not publicly support webrtc. In our tests, the IOS version didn’t work. If you have Android (you must join the Public preview(which can be found in the Settings of GoogleHome)) or GoogleNestHub. You can use them to live streams.
Okay, thank you for your reply.
