Aqara curtain driver E1 died battery?

I have bought 10 curtain driver E1 around 2 years ago.
6 of them are still working fine, however the remaining 4 of them are not responding and not charging.
I have tried usb a to usb c cables, usb c to usb c cables. tried to plug into computers, power strips, or wall jacks. non responsive.
that 4 of them are just keep giving me some quiet clicking sound when the cables are plugged in, the reset button is not responsive at all no matter how long I am holding it. I also tried to let them charge for hours and see if it boots up, however it doesn’t.

the enclosure is so tightly sealed that I cannot open it up to diagnose.
it is very frustrating that the dying rate is 40%, which is ridiculous.
are there anyway to troubleshoot it or boot things back up so I can keep using them?
