Hello, I’ve already posted several times that this product the dial will be won his revolutionary in design, but limited by functionality because it is binds only to the proprietary devices of Aqara. However, the issue is even far greater than that. Apparently, even the Newer devices launched by Aqara does not work with the dial V1 one for example the new thermostat W 600 does not pair. I wrote to the Customer Care who confirmed the software issue. Now the dial V1 rotary system is essentially useful for monitoring the thermostat temperature and you should now have a situation where you’re selling such a nice product, but Aqara’s own systems are not compatible. What do you plan to do with this?

@hkandoi You seem to be experiencing an issue with the Aqara Dial V1 not pairing with the new W600 thermostat due to a software problem. You can contact customer support for assistance.
