Aqara doorbell G410 in UniFi NVR Protect

hello, I have 4 Aqara G5pro cameras integrated as Onvif cameras on UniFi Protect.
I have tried to add the recent doorbell G410, still as a Onvif device but it seems not recognized .
Did someone get any luck adding the G410 on Protect ?

Thanks

Regarding the ONVIF function, currently Aqara tends to support it on cameras that use wired connections(such as PoE), which ensures a more stable connection. Many Aqara cameras are already working at full capacity due to the integration of too many functions such as hub, homeKit, NAS, and local AI. They may not have the conditions to continue adding new functions. We have also seen many feedbacks hoping to support ONVIF on G3 \ G2H Pro \ E1 \ G100, but we are very cautious. Ensuring stable camera operation is our first priority. Aqara will also have new POE doorbells in the future, and I believe that supporting ONVIF on it is something we will consider from the beginning.

Thing is this doorbell does already support RTSP and ONVIF is basically just a wrapper for that. I’d love to add my G410 to my UniFi Protect setup to help train smart face identification (why folk don’t look anywhere other than down at their feet these days?!). Surely this is a simple update to implement please Aqara Team?

Hello sorry to hijack this topic but I have two G5pro Poe version connected to unifi protect but the play back is very unstable and intermittent, just wondering if your 4 G5’s are working with stability particularly playback through the unifi protect interface.

I’m looking forward to a PoE‑powered doorbell. I love my G410, but the reliability of a PoE connection is always a plus for me.
