Aqara down or offline?

So since a couple of hours all Aqara is offline for me.
Restartet hubs, network and main router. Everything works fine, but Aqara stays offline.

They fixed it, back online! :ok_hand:

Hi @robert_gnbb
I’m glad that the application has been restored for you. Most likely, there was technical work on the server or the problems were on your provider’s side.

You can use the local mode, if this happens you will be able to manage devices locally (simple functions are supported)

Thanks for the hint!
But!
I am in Germany on iOS, there is no LAN option i could use :man_shrugging:

I didn’t write this in the post earlier, sorry, this feature requires at least one m3 hub in your system.

I will keep an eye on it, a little bit extensive here in germany. I will buy one when i find a good deal.

It would be great if Aqara could implement notifications, if devices are offline, for example, notify if temperature sensor is offline (as example)

Currently, the Aqara hub and camera devices support offline notification, you can go to the devices setting page to enable the offline notification

Hi Naomi, yes, hub and cameras, but if your heating system depends on temperature sensor and that sensors goes off, and you are not notified, then you do have a lot of issues
